The following accommodations are provided; Inter Resort Azumaya, Idomae, Mikuniya, Shiseiso.No request is accepted.
Each room is shared with 5 - 8 persons (man and female separated).With extra 1,000yen per person, you can share a room with 2 - 3 people,1,500yen for having a room to your self.
Check in time is 15:00, check out 10:00.Early check in or late check out charge is 1,500 yen.
Tour ticket can be purchased without event ticket.

Camping is not allowed inside the venue.Tarp shelters and parasols are allowed inside the sub stage area only, not inside the main stage area.
Please take tarps and parasols back with you when the last show finishes on the both days.
Use of fire is prohibited
The festival will not be cancelled in the case of rain, but will cancel when we see it’s dangerous to go on.
We will not be responsible for accidents, lost & stolen property, injury or sickness during the cause of event.
There are places to do wristband check inside the site.When you are found not wearing it, you will be asked to buy a ticket, so once you receive it from the entrance gate and wear it on your wrist, please do not take it off until it gets invalid after the event.
Please bring your own portable ashtray, and try not to throw away your cigarette buts.
There are many kids of food stands to offer world cuisine at the festival for a reasonable price (average 500yen).Please do not bring food/drinks to the venue as it often causes un-recyclable garbage scattered on the ground.
We appreciate your effort and co-operation to bring your own garbage back with you.
In the case of rain, use of umbrella is prohibited.Please bring your own raincoat.
